Currently in the design and planning stages, this project sets out to refurbish the entire ground floor and basement of a residential home in Crystal Palace SE20. The brief is to create a bright kitchen and dining room with adjacent living room, together with a utility room, bathroom and study. A new gym space will be positioned in the basement. With a warm colour palette in the social areas, it is important for the natural elements of the existing mature gardens to be brought inside.
